Mail-in Repair Instructions

How do I get my Device to you?

This will get your device entered on our repair system and you will receive by email and SMS your Repair Ticket Number. Simply ensure your ticket number is included with your repair or written on the outside of the box.

You can then drop the device into us in person during our business hours or send it to us at the address below.

What if I don’t want to find a box or figure out how to ship something? I want you to do it for me.

Oh, fine. How about if we send you a box you can use to ship your laptop: all custom made and including packing materials in a very durable box, *AND* include a Pre-paid shipping label for you? Will that seal the deal? All you need to do is fill in the short form at the bottom of this page.

When you are typing your issue please type underneath your issue “POD BOX REQUESTED”. We will email you an invoice (£50) for you to pay via card over the phone OR you can pay via bank transfer (our bank details are on the invoice – use your invoice number as the payment reference). We will then ship the POD box with pre-paid shipping label to you along with instructions.  All you’ll have to do is drop the thing off at a post office within 1-2 days of receiving the shipping box. This couldn’t be easier.

How much is all this going to cost?

If you chose to ship using your own method there is nothing upfront to pay. Once your device has been received at our workshop, we will get to work on diagnosing/assessing your device. We will contact you with a total cost of repair for you to authorise or to decline. If you authorise the repair, we will email you an invoice for you to pay via card over the phone OR you can pay via bank transfer (our bank details are on the invoice – use your invoice number as the payment reference). We will carry out the repair and ship your device back to you.

If you decline the repair we will email you an invoice for the diagnostic/assessment fee (£45) for you to pay via card over the phone OR you can pay via bank transfer (our bank details are on the invoice – use your invoice number as the payment reference). We will then ship your unrepaired device back to you.
