Mail-in Repair Instructions
How do I get my Device to you?
This will get your device entered on our repair system and you will receive by email and SMS your Repair Ticket Number. Simply ensure your ticket number is included with your repair or written on the outside of the box.
You can then drop the device into us in person during our business hours or send it to us at the address below.

How much is all this going to cost?
In all cases, once your device has been received at our workshop, we will email you an invoice for the diagnostic/assessment fee (£45) for you to pay via card over the phone OR you can pay via bank transfer (our bank details on on the invoice - use you invoice number as the payment reference)
Once the diagnostic fee payment has been made, we will get to work on diagnosing/assessing your device. We will contact you with the total cost of the repair for you to authorise or decline.
If you authorise the repair, we will email you an invoice LESS the diagnostic fee for you to pay via card over the phone OR you can pay via bank transfer (our bank details on on the invoice - use you invoice number as the payment reference) We will carry out the repair and ship your device back to you.
If you decline the repair, we will ship your unrepaired device back to you.
